MANAMA: Pegasus real-estate NAIBahrain a Bahrain based real estate agency and member of NAIGlobal wins key nominations for its agency services and exclusively represented projects in Bahrain.
Pegasus NAIBahrain has been successful with its nominations for “Property consultancy marketing” and “Real estate agency marketing” along with its exclusively represented projects Juffair Heights and Galleria for best “High-Rise residential development” and best “Retail development” with the International property awards syndicate U.K.
In its quest to discover the best developers and realty agencies in the world, the prestigious International Property Awards in London invited development companies and real estate agencies to present their finest projects.
The judging committee chaired by two members of the House of Lords scrutinized hundreds of entries and Pegasus Real Estate NAIBahrain – the exclusive sales and marketing agent for both projects – was a top scoring entrant.
Also, Dadabhai Development and Property Management Company (DDPM), the developer of Juffair Heights, has been nominated for the best ‘Residential High-rise Development’ and MD Holding Company, the developer of Galleria, for the best ‘Retail Development’.
Successful entrants have been invited to attend a high-profile gala and presentation dinner in Dubai at the J.W. Marriot marquis hotel on November 12th 2015..
The official announcements will be made there and the winning companies will learn which honors they have secured.
Having already competed throughout the regional stages of the International Property Awards 2015-2016, representatives from up to three highest scoring nominees per category from each region will gather at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square Hotel in Mayfair on Monday, December 7th.
There, in the presence of Lord Best, joint chairman of the judging panel, the region’s overall winners will be announced before the ultimate World’s Best international winners are revealed.
Galleria is an open layout mall across a plot area of 30,000 sqm and total built-up area of over 42,000 sqm, also includes a 12,800 sqm hypermarket extending over two floors.

Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property business.
